I am studying or visiting the United States right now. Can I use the same visa I used to enter the United States to come to Canada?

No. The United States of America and Canada are to separate countries with different immigration laws and regulations. If you would like to enter Canada, you may need a visa. You can get further information or apply at any of the Canadian Consulates or the Embassy in Washington D.C. for The United States. Depending on which country you are from you may not need a visa to enter either country. Citizens of many countries can just have their passport stamped when they enter Canada or The US.
Again, check with a Canadian Embassy or Consulate before you leave to see which rules apply to you.
