The campus is located in one of the most scenic parts of Vancouver, considered a heritage area. We are close to shopping centres,
restaurants, government buildings, nightlife, movies, and all forms of public transportation.

A Safe and Friendly City
Vancouver has a worldwide reputation as a safe and friendly city. For this reason, Vancouver hosts many international students who
attend language schools, colleges, high schools, universities, or specialized programs. In Vancouver, you can freely explore the city,
the beautiful parks, beaches, use public transportation and visit public places without worrying about your personal safety. Also,
if you need to stop someone on the street, they will be happy to give you directions, or advise you where to shop or where you can
find a good restaurant.
Vancouver's Gardens and Parks
Most of the people in Vancouver live in single houses, surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. City streets are lined by trees and public
places are decorated by ornamental shrubs and multi-coloured flowers. Vancouver has many beautiful parks that are freely accessible
to the public.
Beaches and Other Natural Wonders
Vancouver is encircled by miles of clean and pleasant beaches, offering opportunities for relaxing walks, sunbathing, or playing

you will find that Vancouver markets are stocked with fresh food from all over the world.
Culture and Entertainment
Vancouver hosts over 35 arts, sports and entertainment festivals each year (that’s almost 3 per month). From the International
Fireworks Festival, Dragon Boat races, Molson Indy car races, Jazz Festival, to the Chinese New Year’s parade, Vancouver serves up
a rich and colourful palette of events all year round. Aside from the festivals and special events, there are many theatres, concert halls,
dance clubs, libraries, and art galleries. With such a variety of things to do, you will never be bored in Vancouver.
