Admissions Policy

• 19 years of age or older, or high school graduation.
• Have medical insurance (You may purchase your medical insurance through ECC ESL Canadian College).
• Meet Canadian entry requirements.

Application Process

Step 1. Application Form

Complete the Application Form. If requesting a Homestay, complete the Homestay section of the Application Form. Submit the Application Form by mail, fax or e-mail.

Step 2. Registration and Homestay Fees

Submit Registration and Tuition Fees and Homestay Fees, (if applicable). Your program and Homestay fees must be paid 30 days before the start of the program. If you apply for registration less than 30 days from the first day of classes, you must pay all fees immediately to ensure your space is reserved for that session(s).

Step 3. Letter of Acceptance

Upon receipt of your payment, we will issue an official Letter of Acceptance from ECC ESL Canadian College Inc.

Step 4. Canadian Visitor's or Study Permit

You will need the Letter of Acceptance to apply for a Visitor's or a Study Permit.

Step 5. Upon Arrival

On your first day, please arrive at ECC ESL Canadian College at the time indicated on your letter of acceptance.. You will be given an orientation, a placement test, and an individual course selection interview. Remember lunch is on us on your first day of school! You will begin your program the next morning.

Ready to Work Program (RTW)

Part-time PM (12 hours/week) CAD $700 per session

Canadian English Program (CEP)

Full-time Intensive (25 hours/week) CAD $1100 per session Part-time AM (14 hours/week) or  Part-time PM (12 hours/week) CAD $575 per session

TOEIC Intensive Power Program (TIP)

Part-time AM (14 hours/week) CAD $575 per session Youth English Summer Program (YES)

Part-time night time (7.5 hours/week)CAD $200 per session
